There is no direct charge to you to engage Adam's services, as it is the Sellers brokerage who typically compensates agents upon successful completion of your transaction. As your "Buyer's Representative" he will only act in your best interest and you will be well represented during negotiations with the seller, and throughout the process.
In the majority of transactions the seller will be represented by a "sellers agent" whose job it is to negotiate the highest price possible, and to structure the transaction to the seller's advantage.

He will advise you in all matters related to the transaction, will assist with much of the administrative process for you and in negotiating the right terms and price. Buyer's representatives (Adam) are responsible for protecting your best interests, and legally bound to do so.

-As an Agent, Adam has many resources to find properties in your price range, and homes that match your individual needs.
-The early search with Adam will be done through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and preliminary discussions. As you visit and react to each property you see, he will have an ever increasing understanding of your specific desires.
-Adam will be able to advise you on the various options available for financing a home and prompt you when to bring in other experts such as a lender, home inspector, lawyer and insurance agent.
-He will assist you to obtain information on schools, transportation and other services in different neighbourhoods, including available demographics and other sales in the markets you are exploring.
-He will negotiate on your behalf and advise you on how to proceed with your purchase.
-He will draw up an "offer to purchase" at your direction, and assist with all details required to complete a successful transaction.
